Surviving Back to School Stress!

I want to first acknowledge and congratulate you on surviving the close of summer, and hope you accumulated enough relaxation and perspective to carry you through for a while! Now, as a parent you must deal with the onset of the fall chaos and the process of beginning again with a whole new school year ahead. Give up worry!

When you awake in the beginning of each day, commit to release some unwanted, unneeded negative habit. Be willing to let go of a bad habit that stresses you out, and keeps you down. Worry is one of those energy zappers-a big waste of time and energy. It ties up energies best spent on better, more positive and productive things.
