Fall into new habits!

The time has come for the pace of life to change, revving up to a full-swing of full plates, events, people and schedules. You must set yourself to the rhythm around you; align to a faster, cooler and more production-focused way. The warmth of summer is fast moving behind us while its sweet memories remain in our hearts and minds for as long as we can remember. The task now is to hold onto the calm, easy pace of summer within and take with you an easy, breezy way as you fall into new habits this crisp, new fall.

Notice how you start and end your day, with what kind of attitude and focus you carry yourself. Examine the way you walk, dress, feel, and relate to others. Are you prepared to face the obligations, responsibilities ahead of you as an individual, parent, partner, student or worker? Do you expect to experience the same fall, winter and spring as last year? Are you willing to embrace opportunities to learn new, healthier habits and patterns? Can you let go of outdated, outmoded ways of living and relating? The choice is yours- and is always up to you.

Know that change is good, especially healthy change. “Keep the best and leave the rest” is a great motto when constructing a new season of developing healthy habit patterns.
