Living with Gratitude!

Ever wondered what you are here for, what you have in your life now that teaches you, you are truly thankful for and is there to help you grow? Take moments to ponder your existence, your life, your relationships, your work, your very reason for being here? Of course, you have. If you want to re-visit or begin anew, take the trip, it’s worth traveling! In finding out who you are, you respect and cherish what you feel and need, create a great future. There is so much to be thankful for every day, every phase and stage. Especially today on Thanksgiving, you are given a day of unabashed culturally global gratitude in remembrance and celebration of life’s gifts. Celebrating Thanksgiving is a tangible reminder one day a year to count your blessings, for all that you are thankful for, all that there is to treasure.

Not all see Thanksgiving, a day of gratitude as anything much deeper than a good turkey dinner filling one’s gut, a comfy chair and a good football game on television! Some take the time, chance can spill what they feel and share what they’re grateful for in their lives. That includes sharing gratitude for the people in the room, people and events out of the room, loving feelings you share. It’s a personal choice how personal you want to be.

What you decide is your most comfortable path is the road you need to take, at least initially. See what works for you and what doesn’t. You determine your comfort in how much you examine what drives your life, your relationships, and your attitude. Being close, openly sharing, being vulnerable takes inner comfort and guts. Needing space signals the need to self-protect, keep things private, away from examination, possible rejection, getting too close. Either way, it’s up to you how you live and choose to keep on living.

When grateful, you live with daily gratitude and become truly thankful for all of the momentary and life-changing gifts and challenges that present themselves to you. Your gratitude isn’t a yearly holiday, an annual historic reminder, the only time you tell the ones you love how you feel. See opportunities that help you appreciate who you are, what you have. You then grow stronger, happier, better your life as a whole- and that is of utmost importance.

The key is to be flexible and sometimes challenge your long-held beliefs that may no longer serve you in your life now. Your challenge is to see opportunities in everything, be true to yourself and find the silver lining. Give thanks that you have the power to appreciate all you’ve been given to make peace within yourself today, make peace as much as you can with others. Both acts will clearly benefit all of your tomorrows. Live Inspired!® Nina~ www.LiveInspiredwithNina.com
