Nina Sidell has been in private practice since 1982. Nina is a therapist, life coach, speaker and writer. Tonight you will take an inner journey using the power of your mind and imagination in a safe and supportive environment. You will meet and spend some time with your inner child. You will have the opportunity to heal, make peace with and discover insights as you move forward in your life. Journal pads of paper, pens and snacks will be made available and time for sharing will follow the talk and creative visualization. Sharing is available for participants who feel comfortable sharing their experience. This evening follows the first in a series of live seminars and will be fun, healing, empowering and insightful~
