Greetings Love Workers!

I hope you are enjoying the warmer, gentler weather and living with love.

We are continuing our successful monthly Live Inspired! ® Workshops!
Starting on Monday, June 4th, we begin “A Loving & Growing Summer”.

This is a consecutive 3-week series: 6/4/18, 6/11/18, and 6/18/18.

How is your well-being? Are you preparing yourself for a loving and growing summer? What is the experience you want to enjoy this summer? You deserve to stop, look, and listen to yourself, nature, healthy outlets, enjoy quiet, creative expression, and whatever feeds you.

In this day and age of overwhelm, fear, insecurity, and the next thing to deal with, we must take a breath and look inside ourselves. We will be exploring the richness of who you are and what you bring to the table.

You will accept and honor your strengths, your tips to share with others, and your willingness to explore, grow, and take accountability and ownership of your personal “Self-Care Superpowers”! You will gently open the inner dialogue experience around what you tell yourself and what gets in your way. New tools will be gained as you learn how to listen to yourself, your body, and take care of who and what matters to you with strength, clarity, and authenticity. You deserve to find your strengths and grow your inner relationship toolbox. This Summer Tune-Up is just what the holistic doctor ordered!

We will explore and discover fun and introspective processes using meditation, writing, group and solo exercises, sharing, and homework.

This is a consecutive 3-week series: 6/4/18,6/11/18, and 6/18/18. Honoring the Sacred Self

“The sacred space that dwells within the self remains true and strengthened when lovingly honored.” Nina Sidell

We are all born with certain fundamental and alienable rights according to spiritual and constitutional laws. As we come into being and exist over time, each person is gifted with the right to life, happiness, and to explore, express, and honor the nature of their existence.

Life is a sacred gift. Knowing your worth as a unique person is where it all begins and ends. It means owning your individual value as you unwrap the gift of life- a pursuit and declaration precious beyond measure. With introspection and self-reflection you learn about yourself over the passage of time and life experiences. You carry yourself, include (or exclude) yourself, and understand that each of us is on a singular journey that we experience together.

No matter what someone else says or does, you deserve to honor the core of who you are. What others say or do does not predict or control what you say or do. More importantly, nothing no one says or does can create or destroy you- not really (although it may feel that way.) In our society of increased narcissism and diminished empathy, listening skills (or the lack thereof) will be reflected in the behavior of others (possibly in yourself). As a conscious and interactive person, your mind and thoughts naturally react causing psychological, emotional, and often behavioral shifts in your state of being. It is up to you how you process experiences within yourself, learn lessons, heal and strengthen your sense of well-being when you relate to others.

Honoring the Sacred Self includes:

  • Paying attention to and acting on your intuition and inner wisdom.
  • Cultivating self-respect, self-honesty, and self-compassion.
  • Crafting self-care time that heals and fortifies you.
  • Learning your life lessons to move past negative patterns and expand ways of living.
  • Eliminating unnecessary stressors and toxic influences.
  • Asking for help, support, and guidance when needed.
  • Becoming curiously introspective to find inner truth and peace.

As sensitive and social thinking creatures with working brains, physiological, and emotional states to consider, we must re-visit our internal states of being routinely.

Take good care of your sacred self and by doing so you improve your life and the lives of others by example.

Reach out to me to educate, encourage, and inspire you or your group!

Some aspects of our culture and many family dynamics do not encourage inner strength, however our sense of personal power is valid and necessary, especially to navigate the world we live in today. A person’s strengths are unique to them and are wonderful to discover and acknowledge across a lifetime. Let’s call your inner strengths, “Super Powers”! Who’s to say they’re not?

Inner strength can include: natural talents and gifts (which we all have), healthy self-worth, a positive and resilient attitude, determination and fortitude, intelligence, humor, attractiveness, being loving, caring, grateful, forgiving, open-minded, clever, brave, patient, kind, and much more. Inner strength can be reflected in subtle ways, like possessing sensitivity, inner beauty, and a quiet confidence.

Whatever parts of you that encourage your uniqueness, help you relate well and succeed, or give you reason to grow and develop are your personal “Super Powers”. Continue Reading…

To engage with others at work and at home you must first believe in yourself and buy into your identity and role. What is your sense of personal power? How do you value and believe in yourself as you navigate life’s personal, relational, and career path? When you talk or think about yourself, do you rate your worth and contributions with pride or self-sabotage? These are important questions with practical and creative ways to grow your conscious intent and empowerment practice.

Personal power is: 1) The way you see yourself and your life, 2) The way you care for yourself and your needs, and 3) The way you give yourself compassion and strength as you journey through life.

Much of personal empowerment comes down to how you feel about yourself Continue Reading…
